• Return Request – for change of mind, incorrectly ordered items, items not as described, or where JPW Marine dispatched the wrong item.
• Warranty Claim – for items that are damaged or faulty.

We'll contact you the same or next business day to advise whether your request has been approved and what steps to take next.

Important:

• Do not return items to us until you have received written authorisation from us
• Return requests are accepted up to 90 days from invoice date, subject to fees — requests beyond 90 days are assessed at our discretion and may be declined
• Special order goods, non-stock items, and cut-to-length products (chain, rope, cable, hose, trim) cannot be returned
